Spektra, cooperative of the blind was founded in 1989. Spektra has been specialized in developing, manufacturing and selling devices for visually handicapped since 1990.
Spektra is the representative for Tieman, Netherlands; Ash Technologies, Ireland; and AiSquared, USA in the Czech Republic.
